We have been using gps systems for years now, but do you know the risks that come with having one in almost all of your devices? Well if you don’t, just know that it's not 100% risk, they can help you too. Are all of the rewards worth it? It is time to find out.

Its common knowledge that GPS can find and use your location for many things such as finding your destination, speed, ect. Ect. But do you know how they do it? GPS systems use multiple satellites to track your location to make many things easy for you like we mentioned previously. “A GPS tracking system uses the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) network. This network incorporates a range of satellites that use microwave signals that are transmitted to GPS devices to give information on location” Knowing all of this can help you figure out where your phone is if you lost it.

If you are ever in danger and call the police, they can use your GPS to find your location if you are ever unable to locate where you are. This can save many lives. GPS is also important to “figure out where you are needing to go” when it comes to vehicular travel. Many cars nowadays even have screens in them so you can connect your phones GPS to it, further highlighting the importance of the GPS.

However with the GPS, its not all sunshine and rainbows. Yes it can help you get out of an emergency, but it can be the thing that causes it in the first place. GPS is something that could be taken easily from someone who knows what they are doing, making you vulnerable to cyber attacks. If someone knows this information, they can figure out so much about you. So GPS can be dangerous to have.

In conclusion, GPS systems can be very helpful to the point where you feel like you need them, and even if you do not, there are many amounts of benefits to using them, from knowing where you are to being able to find lost items across the planet. yet there are still some risks when using them. Everything uses gps now and it is astonishing how little people truly know about them when they should. At least accounting for the huge amount it is used in anyone's day to day life. Don't you think this should be common knowledge?

O A. contradict your research.
O B. introduce your conclusion.
O C. round out the thesis statement.
O D. begin the introduction.

Answers

Answer:

D. Begin the Introduction

Explanation:

If you are writing a narrative essay, it is a good idea to start with an engaging anecdote or if youi aim to to strike an emotional connection with the reader, start off by stating a startling fact.

When writing an essay, using an anecdote, a startling fact, or a striking detail is a good way to begin the introduction. Hence, option D is correct.

What is the effect of anecdotes in writing?

Anecdotes frequently shed light on how a problem has influenced a person's life. They put a human face to data and facts, giving an argument legitimacy by illuminating the incidents or encounters that shaped the author's viewpoint.

Anecdotes are frequently employed in literature to give characters more depth by illuminating aspects of their personalities or prior experiences that don't directly relate to the main plot. This strategy is also applied in real life, frequently with famous people and historical individuals, to emphasize particular qualities or traits.

The story is introduced, the events are described, and either a conclusion is drawn or a question is posed to allow the reader to form their own conclusions.

Thus, option D is correct.

The area of George's bedroom is the greatest with 15.4 sq meters.

What are the area and perimeter of a rectangle?

We know the perimeter of any 2D figure is the sum of the lengths of all the sides except the circle and the area of a rectangle is the product of its length and width.

We know the area of a rectangle is (length×width).

George’s bedroom 3.5 meters by 4.4 meters,

∴ The area of George's bedroom is (3.5×4.4) sq meters.

= 15.4 sq meters.

Steven’s bedroom 3.8 meters by 3.8 meters,

∴ The area of Steven's bedroom is (3.8×3.8) sq meters.

= 14.44 sq meters.

Andy’s bedroom 3.6 meters by 4.1 meters.

∴ The area of Andy's bedroom is (3.6×4.1) sq meters.

= 14.76 sq meters.

So, the area of George's bedroom is the greatest.

Therefore, The area of George's bedroom is the greatest with 15.4 sq meters.
